Our Causes

Casa Hogar Alegría

Casa Hogar Alegría is a private assistance institution founded in 1997 in Toluca, State of Mexico, driven by a group of friends committed to providing a safe home and comprehensive training to girls and young women in vulnerable situations.

Casa Hogar Alegría has the purpose of transforming the lives of girls who lack family care to provide them with a comprehensive training, so that they can become independent women and agents of change in their families and society

Caritas Internationalis

Caritas Internationalis is a global confederation of Catholic relief, development, and social service organizations dedicated to supporting the poor, the vulnerable, and those excluded from society, regardless of race or religion. Founded in 1897, its name, Latin for “charity” or “love”, reflects its mission of fostering solidarity among nations.
 
Caritas Internationalis works to address major global challenges such as poverty, climate change, forced migration, and human trafficking, providing urgent humanitarian assistance and long-term development programs. As an official body of the Holy See, it coordinates the work of 162 member organizations in more than 200 countries and territories.

Franciscans of Mary

Franciscans of Mary is a Catholic community founded in 1988 by Fr. Santiago Martín, inspired by the Franciscan tradition and the conviction that gratitude can transform hearts and societies. Originating in Spain and now present in multiple countries, the community works to strengthen families, parishes, and vulnerable communities through formation, evangelization, and service.
 
Its mission is to form agents of positive social transformation by helping individuals cultivate gratitude, moral responsibility, and a life centered on faith. Through educational initiatives, community outreach, media projects, and pastoral support, Franciscans of Mary contributes to building more compassionate, resilient, and faith-driven communities around the world.

Magnificat Houses


Magnificat Houses is a nonprofit organization based in Houston, Texas, dedicated to serving individuals and families experiencing poverty and homelessness. One of its key programs, Loaves & Fishes, provides food, clothing, and supportive services to meet immediate needs while fostering long-term stability and dignity. Founded in 1982 by a group of local volunteers, what began as a small community effort has grown into a well-established organization serving thousands each year.
 
Its mission is to alleviate hardship and empower individuals and families toward self-sufficiency. Through community meals, food distribution, volunteer programs, and partnerships with local organizations, Loaves & Fishes strengthens Houston’s social fabric by offering practical help, hope, and pathways to lasting change.
