Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using emafoundation.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and view the materials on emafoundation.com for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:
  • Modify or copy the materials without written permission
  • Use the materials for commercial purposes or public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software on our site
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server
This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. EMA Foundation may revoke this license at any time.

Donations & Payments
All donations made through emafoundation.com are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. EMA Family Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The following terms apply to all donations:

Secure Processing
All payments processed by Stripe with PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. We never store your card details.

Tax Deductible
Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. EIN: 92-0383686. A receipt is emailed automatically.

Recurring Gifts
Monthly donations can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Contact us to cancel before the next charge date.

Currency
All donations are processed in US Dollars (USD). International donors may be subject to currency conversion fees by their bank.
Donations are generally non-refundable. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy for full details on our refund process and eligibility.

Event Registrations
By registering for an EMA Foundation event, you agree to the following conditions:
  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Unpaid registrations are not guaranteed.
  • Event tickets are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation or significant changes by EMA Foundation.
  • Tickets are transferable to another person with at least 48 hours notice prior to the event.
  • EMA Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who violates event conduct standards.
  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in EMA Foundation's communications and marketing.
  • EMA Foundation is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at an event unless caused by our negligence.
✅ If EMA Foundation cancels an event, all registered attendees will receive a full automatic refund to their original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shop & Merchandise Orders
Orders placed through our WooCommerce-powered shop are subject to the following terms:
  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is the final price.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days of confirmed payment.
  • EMA Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
  • Damaged or defective items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
  • Net proceeds from shop sales support EMA Foundation's nonprofit mission.

User Conduct
When using our website, contact forms, or any interactive features, you agree not to:
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools on our site
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Impersonate EMA Foundation, our staff, or other users
  • Use our site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures
Violation of these conduct standards may result in termination of access to our services and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
