Sharing Your Data
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data
only with the following trusted service providers, and only to
the extent necessary to operate our services:

Payment processing for donations, tickets, and shop orders. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

GoDaddy / WordPress
Website hosting and content management. Your data is stored on GoDaddy Managed WordPress servers.
Hosting
WooCommerce
Order management for our merchandise shop. Billing and shipping addresses are stored in WooCommerce.
Shop
Email service provider
Transactional emails (confirmations, receipts) are sent via our configured mail service. We do not use your email for advertising without consent.
Email
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order,
or to protect the rights and safety of EMA Foundation, our
supporters, or others.

Stripe & Payment Security
All financial transactions on this website are processed by
Stripe, Inc. When you enter payment information,
it is transmitted directly and securely to Stripe using TLS
encryption. EMA Foundation does not receive, process, or store
your card number, CVV, or full banking details at any point.

Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child
has provided us with personal information, please contact us
immediately and we will delete that information.
While our mission supports children in vulnerable situations,
our website services — donations, shop, event registrations —
are intended for adults (18+) or minors with parental consent.
